Position: Skilled Laborer and/or Lead Supervisor
Description: Full time crew member for residential remodels, flips, and new construction. Depending on experience, we are either looking for someone who is a general, skilled laborer or someone who has potential and desire to grow into the role as lead supervisor.
Every day is different as we tackle new projects with our clients. Skills in the field of construction are crucial, but we cannot overlook the interpersonal skills that are required in taking care of the clients whose homes we are in each day as well as the crew members we work alongside.
The work and life balance is crucial to us. We strive for excellence and efficiency on the job, but we will not overwork you. Our typical day is 7:30 am-4:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
Requirements:
Experience in construction
A reliable vehicle for driving to job sites
Tools
Pay: Competitive wages based on experience.
