GREETINGS!

My name is Bryan Nenno, owner of Nenno Homes, LLC. I am born and raised in Nine Mile Falls, WA and grew up on Long Lake. Building a tree-fort, bike jumps, and whatever a 2x4 and plywood could create, while inspired by my Dad who built our home was the beginning of a life long passion for construction.

My construction career began in Seattle, WA with Rebound Restoration a company specializing in residential insurance claims. Very quickly I realized that building, designing and dreaming of what could be gave me so much fulfillment.

During my time in Seattle I met and married my lovely wife, Miriah. Shortly thereafter I persuaded her that Spokane is the place to be and we made the move. I began work here in Spokane as supervisor at Capstone Construction and also embarked on the project of flipping our home. If the job alone wasn’t enough, I for sure had my hands full with work at home! All that to say, the season in which the Lord had us in with starting up new jobs, my wife teaching as a substitute at local schools in a city she’s never lived in, flipping our home and also building a new community of awesome friends, we realized that even in the craziness that life can throw at you, we had each other and our faithful Lord to give us the strength to get up each day and do it all over again!

After completing our flip in the city, we sold and moved to Mead where we reside now and are also accompanied by our son Hudson Bear! Shortly after our move I created Nenno Homes and was extremely excited (and scared) for this next endeavor.

Now as a business owner I hope that in the process of meeting and working with clients, I represent the motto my wife and I live by which is to “Live Within, Dream Beyond.” Live within: Our definition of this is to love where you are, make it your own or simply make it better. Dream Beyond: My wife and I are dreamers and we always are coming up with ways to improve or prepare our home for our future self or the future owner. Having these two pieces working hand in hand are crucial and while working with you, my desire is to partner with your dream and help you live it out.
